Is the magnetic water bottle dishwasher safe?
The bottle and magnetic lid are not dishwasher safe. High temperatures and strong water pressure may damage the finish and affect the magnetic components.
Will the magnet lose its strength over time?
Under normal use and with proper care, the magnetic system is designed to maintain its strength for the life of the bottle.
Can I use the bottle for hot drinks?
Yes. The double-wall insulation is suitable for both hot and cold beverages. When using very hot liquids, open the lid carefully and allow pressure to release gradually.

How does the magnetic attachment work?

Can I put the magnetic bag in the washing machine or dryer?
No. Do not machine wash or tumble dry the bag. Exposure to high temperatures and mechanical washing may damage the fabric, structure or magnetic components.
How should I clean my magnetic bag?
For best results, clean the bag by spot cleaning or gently wiping it with a soft, damp cloth or sponge. If needed, use a small amount of mild detergent mixed with water. After cleaning, allow the bag to air dry naturally away from direct sunlight. Avoid machine washing, dry cleaning, tumble drying, bleach, solvents, harsh chemicals and ironing, as these may permanently damage the bag or its materials.
